Structural Elements in Place

The structural elements of the template are now in place, although some of them need moving round.  The search bar will be moving below the photo for instance, pushing those buttons into the middle. 

That doesn't mean that all the fuctionality is in place: much of it will be addered via widgets in the sidebars, but that can't be added until the template is in place.  I suspect that the best way of cross-reporting may yet be custom Javascript, but I'm sort of hoping that can be avoided.

The goals for tomorrow then are to finish moving the existing elements around and perhaps start formatting the title a bit.
